高校辅导员培训需求调查与培训体系建构探讨

通过对四川省11所高校的学生工作部长等进行问卷调查,从基本素质、培训内容、培训方式、考核形式四个方面具体分析了辅导员的培训需求,并据此提出了合理设置培训项目、科学设计培训内容、优选精育培训师资、严格规范培训管理、全程监督培训效果的高校辅导员培训体系建构思路,以提升辅导员的职业素养,促进辅导员的职业发展。

A Discussion of the University Counselor Training System Based on a Survey of Training Demand

Based on a questionnaire answered by the directors of student work departments in eleven universities of Sichuan Province,the paper analyzes the counselor's training demand from four aspects,namely,basic quality,training contents,training method and the form of evaluation.In order to improve counselor's professional competence and promote their career development,the paper puts forward a system of counselor training: training projects should be reasonably set up,training contents should be scientifically designed,trainers should be carefully chosen and cultivated,training should be strictly and formally managed,and the effects of training should be thoroughly supervised.
