| 摘 要： | 成渝经济区在四川盆地内，而四川盆地囊括了四川和重庆的主体区域。以四川盆地的地貌为切入点，形象地比喻其为青藏高原的“太极天眼”，是中国西部雄鹰的立足点。从特殊盆地决定成渝经济区在中国及世界的地位、产业定位、双核发展模式等方面进行了缜密的论证，认为成渝经济区建设实际是把四川盆地打造成“中国产业盆地”，关键在具有良好的产业发展基础，根本在成渝经济区的双核发展模式，出路在建成中国西部产业高地，对推动成渝经济区实现又快又好的发展具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Sichuan Basin consists of the majority of Sichuan and Chongqing,which form the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.Its special geographic surroundings make the Basin an important starting point for economic development in West China.The authors point out that building the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone is in fact to build the Basin into a Basin of industry in China.The good industrial basis and the bi-nucleus pattern of economic development in this area are a guarantee for success. |
