试析董必武关于旧司法人员的思想改造理论

董必武是中国社会主义法制和司法的创立者之一,他认为旧司法人员在新中国从事司法工作,应当了解中国共产党新政权的法律、制度、政策以及背后马克思列宁主义思想和广大人民的利益要求,进行思想改造。但思想改造是个长期、艰苦的过程,思想改造有两个检验标准,即实践和广大人民的利益。不过董必武在对建国初期的法律制度的解释中,也存在种种简单化、理想化的色彩,这种理解体现了一定的历史局限性。
