| 摘 要： | 医学生就业力的高低，关系到他们能否顺利就业及个人职业生涯的发展。在高等教育大众化的阶段，思考如何培养医学生的就业力，对于提高医学院校的人才培养质量，促进我国医疗卫生事业的发展，具有重要的意义。文章通过分析医学生就业力现状，对医学生就业力培养模式进行了积极的探索。

| Abstract: | The level of medical students＇ employment ability is related to their successful employment and individual career development. In the stage of higher education popularization,how to develop the medical students＇ employment ability is of great significance to improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities, promote the development of medical and health undertakings of our country. The article explored the training mode positively through the analysis of the current status of medical students＇ employment ability. |
