| 摘 要： | ＂道＂是老子哲学的核心范畴,老子整个哲学体系都是从＂道＂出发,围绕＂道＂而展开。但对＂道＂究竟是什么,由于老子自身表述的多义与含混,不同时代的不同诠释者作出了各不相同的解释。本文认为在老子恍兮惚兮、扑朔迷离的论说中,对＂道＂还是给出了相对明晰的说法：＂道＂是形下世界的本原,它以＂有＂和＂无＂来显露与隐藏自己。＂有＂和＂无＂是老子哲学中重要的哲学范畴,是＂道＂的属性与表现形式。
