| 摘 要： | 推进校务公开,实施民主治校、民主办学是现代大学发展的时代特征和必然要求。但就总体而言,我国大学校务公开发展还很不平衡、很不完善,也很不彻底,需要进一步提高认识,拓宽渠道,明确责任,健全组织,规范程序,完善机制,讲求实效,促进现代大学制度的建立和完善。

| Abstract: | Pushing forward the publicity of school＇s administrative affairs and carrying out the democracy to manage the school is one of the characteristics of our times and requirement. In general, the development of this work is still not in balance and not being perfected. It requires us to further the cognition, widen the channels, make clear the responsibility, complete the organization, standardize the procedure and improve the educational system to push the institutional establishment and the perfection of a modem university with substantial results. |
