我国电子政务的现状与发展趋势

在充分肯定取得成效的基础上,从“‘三重三轻’倾向”和“三大工作滞后”两方面剖析了我国电子政务发展中存在的主要问题;从转变服务理念、信息资源共享、解决安全问题、协同政务、政府改革、绩效评估、城乡协调发展、建立政府C IO制度等八个方面论述了我国电子政务的发展趋势,目的在于为今后电子政务的健康发展提供参考。

The Status Quo and Developmental Trend of Chinese Electronic Government

On the basis of an affirmation of the primary success,given the practical conditions of the?Chinese?situation,the main problems existent in the development of Chinese electronic government are analyzed in two aspects: the 'Three Emphases and Three De-emphasizes Trend' and the 'Three Main Retardations of Work'.For the sake of offering reference to the good development of Chinese electronic government,the developmental trend of electronic government is expounded in the following eight aspects: conversion of service theory;information source sharing;solving safety problems;coordinating government administration;government reforms;achievement and effects evaluation;developmental harmony between town and city;and the construction of the CIO system etc.
