摘    要:
界面剪切强度是复合材料设计的重要指标,如何通过试验方法测定复合材料的界面性能是复合材料研究的一个重要领域。本文以硼纤维/环氧树脂叠层板(0/90)复合材料为载体,利用S-3400扫描电镜(SEM)与Gatan公司的拉伸台Microtest 2000组合,且在电镜上安装了自行设计制作的单纤维压头,测定界面的剪切强度。得知:在室温负荷作用下硼纤维呈阶梯式脱粘,当压出硼纤维长度为总压出长度约一半时,界面剪切强度达到最大值,并估算出界面的剪切模量,为进一步有限元法模拟研究复合材料的界面的力学行为提供依据。

Analysis of the Interface Shear Strength of Boron Fiber/Epoxy Composites Based on Single-fibre Push-out Test

Abstract:
The interfacial shear strength is an important property of composite materials.The experimental determination of the interfacial properties of composite materials is an important area of composite materials research.Based on the Boron fiber/Epoxy Laminated plates(0/90)composite material,the S-3400 scanning electron microscope(SEM)has been combined with a Gatan's station Microtest 2000,and a single fiber head was installed in the electron microscope to determine the interface shear strength with the single-fiber push-out test.Load-displacement curves demonstrate that the Boron fiber appear step-debonding phenomena at room temperature.The interfacial shear strength reaches a maximum when boron fiber pushing-out reaches half of the total pushing-out length.The interfacial shear modulus is obtained from the experimental data.The experimental method was proved to be successful in the studying of interface properties of fiber material,experimental datas was helpful for further understanding of the mechanical behavior of composite material interface.
