农村生源大学新生大学生活适应性研究

农村生源大学生是我国大学生的重要组成部分,大学生活是人生成长重要的阶段,如何成功的度过大学四年,是对农村生源大学新生来说尤为重要。由于城乡发展不平衡导致的种种差异、环境的变化、教学方法的改变以及人际交往的多样性等各种因素的影响,使得他们在思想、生活和学习等方面存在一些不适应。结合作者的工作实践的积累,分析大学适应期可能遇到的不适应状态、这些不适应状态产生的原因、如何采取有效措施尽快适应等方面,帮助农村生源大学生尽快适应大学生活。

Promoting the Adaptation of Freshmen from Rural Area to College Life

Students from rural area are essential parts of college students.Due to the urban and rural unbalanced development,environmental changes,teaching method changes and interpersonal diversity,it is hard for them to adapt themselves to college life in thinking,living and learning.The paper analyzed the situations and their possible reasons and gives some suggestions which can help them to adapt to the new life as soon as possible.
