| Abstract: | The invigoration of traditional industrial base of Northeast is a developmental course of enquilibrium.The lag behind of county economy must be the bottle neck of impending the economic development of Northeast. Agriculture and enterprises of county are the primary mainstays of county economy and their development with institution of subtitution will promote economic development with ration and enquilibrium of Northeast and the invigoration of traditional industrial base as well. |
