| 摘 要： | 目前我国的司法鉴定立法为司法鉴定实践提供了一定的法律依据,但是由于所规定过于简单、笼统,缺乏系统性而不能适应司法鉴定实践的需要,影响了司法鉴定应有的作用.本文分析了我国司法鉴定制度的现存弊端,阐述了我国司法鉴定统一立法的必要性和可能性.

| Abstract: | At present, the legislation of judicial expertise in China has provided certain legislative authorities for legal practice. But the rules are too simple, too general and unsystematic to meet the demand of judicial expertise in practice, and therefore have affected its functions. The article here is to analyze the existing disadvantages of the present judicial expertise system and set forth the necessity and possibility of the uniform legislation of judicial expertise. |
