| 摘 要： | 毛泽东《实践论》、《矛盾论》的讲课时间与写作时间是不同的，《实践论》的讲演时间可能在1937年7月初，写作整理完稿时间则在7月，而《矛盾论》的讲演应在“七·七事变”之前，文稿写作整理的完稿时间则在1937年8月7日；《两论》初稿是根据讲课记录稿和讲课提纲整理而成的；解放前，《两论》未有修改痕迹；3本前苏联教科书则是毛当年的主要参考书。
