| 摘 要： | 旅游产业集群已经成为旅游产业发展的主要组织形式，湖南的旅游产业集群已经初现端倪。但是湖南旅游产业集群的空间结构还存在着资源分散、雷同开发等问题。湖省旅游产业集群现在大致处于集群成长阶段，集群应该朝着政府主导型、市场导向型、景区中心型等方向演进，分别以长沙、张家界、衡阳为中心建立三个特色旅游产业集群，同时建立起旅游产业运行机制、协调管理机制、旅游产品创新机制等完善的支持体系。
