重庆市农村公共产品供给路径研究——基于制度变迁视角

农村公共产品是促进农民增收和农村经济发展的物质基础。重庆市集大城市、大农村为一体,城乡二元结构突出,目前重庆市农村公共产品供给中存在的制度困境已经成为制约农民收入增长和农村经济发展的主要障碍。因此,在统筹城乡发展和建设＂五个重庆＂的背景下,完善重庆市农村公共产品供给路径既具有必要性,更具有迫切性。从制度变迁及路径依赖的视角对重庆市农村公共产品供给制度进行分析,并在此基础上为创新重庆市农村公共产品供给制度提出建议。

Consummating Path of the Rural Public Goods Supply in Chongqing Based on the System Transformation

The rural public goods are the material basis of promoting farmers＇ income increasing and rural economy development.Chongqing is a big city with wide rural areas and its dual social structure is very clear.At the present time,the system morass of rural public goods supply in Chongqing has become the key obstacle to farmers＇ income increasing and rural economy development.Thus,in the background of pooling urban and rural development and constructing ＂five Chongqing＂,it is very necessary and imperious for Chongqing to innovate its rural public goods supply system.This article analyzes Chongqing＇s rural public goods system based on system transformation and path dependence,and puts forward path selection for innovating Chongqing＇s rural public goods supply system.
