| 摘 要： | 混业经营是金融业的发展趋势,中国加入WTO和实施债转股措施将促进金融业混业经营的到来。认为中国金融业进一步发展需要实行混业经营只是时间问题,未来中国金融业混业经营模式可能会选择全能化金融集团的形式。

| Abstract: | The mixed operation marks the tendency of the development of financial industry. China's entry into WTO and the implementation of the measures of "transforming debt into share" will promote the coming of the mixed operation of financial industry. It is just an issue of time to put into effect the mixed operation for the further development of China's financial industry. The future mixed operation mode of China's financial industry may take the form of the all-round financial group. |
