中国企业的软实力差距与软实力培育——基于印度Tata Steel公司和宝钢的对比分析

摘    要:金融海啸和经济全球化的背景下,拥有强大软实力的企业更能够面对全球竞争,更能承受经济不景气的打击,开拓更多的海外市场,并占据更大的市场份额。通过发展资源基础观,文章提出了企业软实力的构成和表现,通过对比印度Tata Steel公司和宝钢,指出了中国企业在软实力方面的差距,然后提出了中国企业建立软实力的四个阶段,分析了中国企业培育软实力的关键点与培育策略。
