| 摘 要： | 文章分析了科学发展观对高校思政辅导员工作的指导作用。高校思政辅导员在育人工作中，应以引导学生健康发展为首要任务，以学生为本，把学生的成长成才作为各项工作的出发点和落脚点，运用统筹兼顾的根本方法，实现学生全面协调可持续发展，更好地发挥教育功能。
