| 摘 要： | 从法制规范的角度,对我国现阶段职业体育俱乐部运营的缺陷进行法律分析,指出由此存在的根本问题及违法现象,比较国内外发展状况,得出相应的对策及解决措施,从而有利于我国职业体育俱乐部的运营规范及迅速发展。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the defects of operating professional sports clubs in China's status quo on the basis of legal standardization,which leads to some fundamental problems and illegal phenomena.By comparing the development status at home and abroad,this article obtained some countermeasures and solutions,which will make a contribution to the rapid improvement of operating professional sports clubs in a standardized way. |
