| 摘 要： | 新中国成立以来,我国义务教育投入体制经过几次变革,形成了目前的在国务院领导下、由地方政府负责、分级管理、以县为主的义务教育投入体制。该文着重分析了新中国成立以来各个时期义务教育投入体制改革的主要内容和存在的问题,并对各个时期的投入体制进行了评价。

| Abstract: | Since the founding of China, its compulsory education investment system has undergone several transformations, has formed the current ＂under the State Council leads, being responsible by the local authority, level--to--level administration, dominated by county ＂ investment system. This article focuses on the main content and the existing problems of the investment system of China＇s compulsory education reform at different times, and has appraised each time＇s investment system. |
