全要素项目沟通初探

随着项目管理方法在现代社会的普及，项目沟通作为项目管理的基础，受到越来越多的重视．作者在已有项目沟通研究基础上，提出全要素项目沟通坐标图，将项目生命周期引入项目沟通，对复杂的项目沟通情况进行了总结．通过坐标图的定位，能简单明了地对各种沟通状况进行描述，初步探讨了项目沟通的全要素．

The Total Element Network of Project Communication

With the popularity of project management in model society, much attention is paid to project communication as the basis of project management. This paper attempts to suggest the coordinate axes of total element project communication based on previous literatures, introducing the life circle of project into project management and summarizing the complicated communications. By locating the coordinate point on the axes, various project communications are described and the total element of project communication is explored.
