| 摘 要： | 本文提出 ,施工企业项目成本控制 ,是企业增加利润、扩大积累的主要途径 ,是工程项目管理的关键。因此要采取有效措施 ,从多个方面入手 ,加强对施工企业项目成本的控制 ,从而达到增加利润的目的。
