20世纪上半期日本的中国回教民族政策述论

利用民族问题肢解中国,历来是日本侵略中国的一贯政策.进入20世纪后,日本人“独具只眼”,看出了中国回教民族①对于实现其东亚政策的重要性.因此日本各界不遗余力,纷纷调查研究中国回教民族,在其国内和中国建立了各种回教团体组织,利用种种借口分化、拉拢个别回教民族分裂分子,挑起民族矛盾,企图分裂中国,进而实现其征服中国的东亚政策.

Review of Japan's Policies towards Hui in China in the First Half of the 20th Century

During the Japanese invasion,"ethnic problem" had always been used to "dismember" China.In 20th century,the Japanese found that Hui in China could be used to help them to realize their "East Asian Policy",so all circles in Japan started to investigate and study the Hui in China.They not only established all kinds of "Islamic" groups in Japan and China but also divided and courted a few Hui separatists using a number of excuses.The ultimate goal of them is to stir up ethnic conflicts,split up China and put their "East Asian Policy" into effect.
