Analysis and Prediction Model of Potential Quality of Synergy in the Construction of Programme

Currently,the selection of investment project is often limited to the comparison between individual projects or beyond the project portfolio,while there is rare research on the problem that how an enterprise selects multiple projects at the same time and set up a programme with high synergy.From the perspective of the whole enterprise,we expound the synergistic effect of programme and its impact on the business,focus on analysis of the key potential quality of programme synergy and establish programme synergy evaluation system,then provide a quality prediction model of programme synergy to facilitate enterprises to construct programme effectively and implement programme management successfully.
