重庆数字经济测度指标体系的构建与完善

随着信息技术的不断发展,人类社会由工业经济时代逐渐过渡到数字经济时代。数字经济的飞速发展推动了人类生产生活方式、生产关系与经济结构的巨大变革,成为拉动经济发展的“新引擎”。随着数字经济对传统经济的渗透,需要对数字经济的发展规模和水平进行准确全面的测度与把握,制定出合适的发展规划和激励政策。文章以重庆市为例,考察其数字经济测度指标体系的构建情况,深入分析重庆市数字经济核算统计存在的问题,提出重庆市数字经济测度指标体系及统计核算制度的完善思路。

Study on the Construction and Improvement of Chongqing Digital Economy Measurement Index System

With the continuous transition of information technology, human society has gradually transitioned from the era of industrial economy to the era of digital economy. The rapid development of the digital economy has promoted tremendous changes in human production and lifestyle, production relations and economic structure, and has become a "new engine" for economic development. With the penetration of the digital economy into the traditional economy, we need to accurately and comprehensively measure and grasp the development scale and level of the digital economy, so as to formulate appropriate development plans and incentive policies. Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper investigates the construction of its digital economy measurement index system. On this basis, it deeply analyzes the practical problems of accounting and statistics in Chongqing digital economy, and finally proposes train of thought for the improvement of Chongqing digital economy measurement index system and statistical accounting system.
