| 摘 要： | 随着现代信息和计算机网络技术的进一步发展与应用,虚拟企业集团作为一种新的组织形式越来越被人们所接受。为了更好地促进其发展,本文进一步明确了虚拟企业集团的概念,然后对其成因、发展理论进行了较系统的研究,并对其进一步发展所面临的问题进行了探讨。
