| 摘 要： | 大学生是否能够"精神成人",直接关系到他们的健康成长。在深入思考"精神成人"内涵的基础上探讨了"精神成人"与高校思想政治教育创新的关系。在高校思想政治教育中开展"精神成人"教育的途径应包含发挥大学精神在大学生精神养成中的潜移默化作用、课堂教学对提高大学生人文素养的作用、社会实践对大学生自我发展和自我磨练的作用、高校辅导员对大学生成人及成才的育人作用、校园文化对陶冶大学生人格情操的熏陶作用。
