西部中小企业产权制度创新研究

中小企业在西部经济发展过程中大量存在并发挥着极其重要的作用 ,产权制度的改革与创新是现代企业制度改革的核心内容 ,也是中小企业成长壮大的内在动因。在产权制度的改革创新过程中 ,会出现许多问题和矛盾。完善西部中小企业的产权制度并不断创新 ,需要加强西部中小企业内部改组 ,调整、优化产权 ,在企业外部由政府提供相应的法律和政策服务体系。

Study on Innovation of Property Rights Institution of Small and Moderate Enterprises in West Part of China

With large quantity, the small and moderate enterprises have been playing a positive role in economic development in west part of China. The reform and innovation of property rights institution is the core of modern enterprise mechanism reform as well as the inner drive of growth for small and moderate enterprises. However, many problems occur in the process of such reform and innovation. Therefore, the inner reorganization and outer suitable legislation are needed to fulfill the tasks.
