传统文化理想人格对当代大学生精神人格的形成价值

当代中国大学生精神人格的培养不应只采用西方机械技术构造与解构手法以及纯意识形态的真理输入模式。大学生精神人格的培养应走传统文化内省的第三条道路，即用传统文化的理想人格内涵来构筑大学生理想人格的精神内质与内容：一是用“外化”、“入世”的理想人格确立大学生积极进取的人生价值取向；二是用“内化”、“出世”的精神人格让学生淡泊名利、顺其自然并懂得接纳与珍惜，以净化心灵；三是用诗歌与小说的美学人格打造大学生诗意的人格理想。

The value of ideal personality in traditional culture to the development of the substance in modern students' personality

It is claimed in this paper that neither the mechanical constructive and deconstructive approach nor pure ideological approach for truth dissemination is appropriate in developing the substance of modern Chinese students' personality.A third approach,namely,an introspective way in Chinese traditional culture,should be taken to construct the spiritual substance of their ideal personality.This involves three aspects.One is to encourage them to hold an active or externalized attitude to life by means of being secular;the second is to teach the students to adopt a correct attitude toward fame and gains.This is to purify the spirit by means of being internalized or being non-secular.The third is to develop the poetic part in their personality,which is to be achieved by appealing to the aesthetics in poetry and literary works.
