| Abstract: | Colleges and universities base their teaching management on that of department. With an analysis of the current teaching managament, this paper intends to probe the possibility of enforcing departmentalteaching management by promotion of both teachers' teaching and students' learning in the situation of market economy.It also points that scientific and effective management comes from practical measures. |
