| Abstract: | That the weak and powerless Liu Bei cut a figure from the conflicts among the warlords in the late Han Dynasty and established the Shu Han Dynasty much depended upon his tactics by bringing talents' expertise into full play.Liu Bei had an extraordinary ability of understanding and treating people and knew better how to respect talents and scholars,as compared to his ancester Liu Bang. |
