构建以人为本的高校公共理论课课程体系

高校公共理论课改革的根本,首先在于构建更加科学合理的课程体系。面对现实,适应过去特殊时期的完全政治化的高校公共理论课课程体系,有必要进行重新定性定位或功能调整。在新一轮课程体系改革中,应该从以国家统治为核心的政治教育,转向以人为本的全面素质教育;从以马克思主义理论体系出发的意识形态教育,转向从学科分类出发的人文社会科学教育;从片面强调义务责任的子民教育,转向树立全面权利义务观的公民教育;从一定程度的“唯上,唯书”教育,转向“面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来”的教育。

On the Construction of People-orientated Common Required Theory Course System for Higher Education
