| 摘 要： | 经济全球化并不是20世纪80年代来出现的新现象,它已有四五百年的历史,经历了准备、启动、形成和新阶段等几个发展时段。战后经济全球化进入新阶段,主要特点是:国际分工从传统的分工演变为新的世界性分工;跨国公司在国际经济中越来越起举足轻重的作用;信息技术的发展缩短了全球的"时空距离";世界贸易增长的速度超过了世界生产增长的速度;世界市场进一步完善;国际经济组织的作用不断增强。

| Abstract: | The economic globalization if not a new phenomenon since 1980's,and it has had a long history for 400 or 500 years.It's developing phase includes:preparation,commissioning,formation and new period.The main characteristics of economic globalization after the World War II comprise:international division of labor has changed from tradition division of labor to new world division;transntional corporation plays a dominant role in the International Economy;the developing of the Information Technology shortens global space-time distance;the increasing speed of the World Trade exceeds that of the World Production;the World Market has an inclination to perfection and the positive roles of the International Economic Organization become important unceasingly. |
