苏共执政地位的丧失与党的先锋作用

当苏共能把马克思主义结合本国实际、坚持和发展马克思主义;广大干部能吃苦在前、享乐在后、清正廉洁、开拓创新……就能在国家政治经济生活中起主导作用,社会主义革命和建设事业就兴旺发达、蒸蒸日上。苏共抛弃马克思主义指导思想,背离社会主义道路;思想因循守旧、固步自封;生活腐败堕落、脱离群众……这就是造成苏联共产党执政地位丧失的缘由。

The Loss of Status in Power of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Pioneering Function of the Party

Whenever the Communist Party of the Soviet Union integrates Marxism with the reality of its own country, sustains and develops Marxism,and when its most cadres can be the first to bear hardships and the last to enjoy comforts,be honest,clean,and innovative with pioneering spirit,it can play a leading role in political and economic life of the country,and the socialist revolution and construction will develop fast and smoothly. However,when the Communist Party of the Soviet Union departs from the guide of Marxism,deviates from the socialist way,becomes conservative and over traditional,lives a corrupting and degenerate life,divorces from the masses-and this is what causes its loss of status in power.
