| Abstract: | Lenin has referred to publicity principle of democracy many times in the process of socialist revolution and con-struction. But what implication is it and how do we comprehend it ,the author tries to catch on it in two aspects: firstly ,whendo we implement publicity ;Secondly ,how do we implement it to some extent . Comprehending Lenin's publicity principle ofdemocracy intactly and exactly is of greatly theoretic and practical sense for us to advance socialist democracy construction. |
