| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会应是各方面的利益关系都能得到协调的社会,维护公平、公正是社会和谐的基础和前提。解决好“三农”问题,建设社会主义新农村,是构建社会主义和谐社会基础性工作。为此,关键应该是大力发展农村教育,提高农民的素质。
