| 摘 要： | 网络的诞生及其在各个领域的广泛利用所形成的网络文化正改变着人类的认知方式和生存方式 ,也对人才的能力体系提出了挑战。传统的能力体系已无法适应数字化生存时代的要求 ,从科教兴国的高度 ,培养网络时代大学生相关的认知判断能力、运用信息和创造信息的能力、自控能力和人际交往能力是高等教育工作者责无旁贷的责任

| Abstract: | The network culture coming into being as a result of the birth and widespread application of network is changing the cognitive and life patterns of human beings. It also poses a question to the conventional abilities required of talents, which fail to meet the needs of the digital age. It is the duty of the university faculty to develop students' capabilities of cognition and judgment, use and production of information, self-control and communication. |
