| Abstract: | Based on the summary of human nature assumption and management theory, some kinds human nature assumptions which include tool man, economic man, social man, self- actualizing man, comlpex man and cultural man have been explored from the aspects of backgrounds, viewpoints, administration measures and analyses in the paper, and some conclusions have been drawed. |
