摘 要: | 在概述人性假设及相关管理理论的基础上,从产生背景、主要观点、主要管理措施和评析等四个方面对“工具人”、“经济人”、“社会人”、“自我实现人”、“复杂人”、“文化人”等人性假设理论进行了阐述,并得出了相关结论。

Abstract: | Based on the summary of human nature assumption and management theory, some kinds human nature assumptions which include tool man, economic man, social man, self- actualizing man, comlpex man and cultural man have been explored from the aspects of backgrounds, viewpoints, administration measures and analyses in the paper, and some conclusions have been drawed. |
