论先进文化和多元文化及其统一

把先进文化同多元文化统一性的讨论放在广义的世界文化背景中,才能给出多元文化作为一种客观事实的巨大价值和必须加以尊重、维护的理由,进而揭示先进文化的内涵和标准,分析先进文化同多元文化可以统一的依据;才能说明我国提出用"三个代表"理论(实质即当代中国的先进文化及其标准)作为立国和执政的指导思想与在国际上提倡多元文化、反对西方强势国家视自己的价值观和文化为先进文化并向发展中国家推行的做法是不矛盾的。
