| 摘 要： | 本文在分析我国工程咨询业的发展状况及行业特点的基础上, 利用 SWOT矩阵分析法并参照国外项目管理企业 (组织) 的成熟度评价标准, 评价了我国各类咨询企业发展成为项目管理企业的潜力、优势及不足, 并提出了我国工程咨询企业向项目管理企业过渡所亟待解决的问题及有关的发展策略, 期望能对我国工程咨询企业的发展壮大起到积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the development and characters of the engineering consulting businesses in our country, this paper uses SWOT matrix method and the Project Management Process Maturity value standard for foreign companies to evaluate the potential, strength and weakness of our engineering consulting companies in the transformation into project management enterprises. Some problems and strategies are also presented. It is hoped that this can have an active promotion to the development of our engineering consulting enterprises. |
