| Abstract: | This article presents social economic development achieved in the last thirty years in the rural areas of TAR through analyzing datas from various social and economic factors, such as rural infrastructures, industrial productivity of agriculture and animal-husbandry, integration of Hi-tech into traditional industry, income generation and education, etc.,and points out the fundamental factors that brought these changes. |
