| 摘 要： | 全球价值链的形成是分工进一步深化的产物，其形成程度取决于价值环节片断化和空间重组过程中边际成本和边际收益之间的对比。技术进步和制度变迁对其边际成本曲线的移动产生了重要影响；比较优势、规模经济和专业化经济则是影响其边际收益曲线移动的源泉。边际成本曲线和边际收益曲线的移动共同决定了价值环节片断化和空间重组的程度，即决定着全球价值链的形成程度。

| Abstract: | As an outcoming of the division deepening,the global value chain is determined by the comparation of the marginal cost and marginal revenue.Technology progress and institutional change have important influence on the marginal cost curve.Comparative advantage,scale economy and specialized economy lead to the moving of marginal income curve.Both marginal cost curve and marginal income curve determine the degree of fragment and spatial reorganization of global value chain. |
