| 摘 要： | 城市化是我国实现现代化的必由之路,城市化只有体现以人为本和人的全面发展的基本理念,才具有持续性.农民工作为城市的建设者,其面临的各种困境实质就是社会政策的配套改革滞后所致,随着城市化的加速发展,农民工市民化将面临愈来愈多的困境,必须进行政策和体制的创新,才能解决这一问题.

| Abstract: | Urbanization is the inevitable course of modernization in China, and peasant laborers, a special group in the shift of the rural labor force into the city, are sure to appear in our society in which the political reform lags behind the economic restructuring. With the acceleration of urbanization, they will be caught in a dilemma, so the present policy and system to solve this problem. |
