| 摘 要： | 通过对国有企业从国有制、承包制到现行股份制治理结构的分析,探讨了以公司化为目标的国有企业的改革,必须结合中国国有产权占主体的特点,分离政府职能,创建中国模式的公司治理结构,从而最终证明了在社会主义市场经济下国有产权结构与现代企业制度的兼容性。

| Abstract: | After the analysis of state-owned enterprise system,contracted responsibility system and current stocks division system,the company system as the objective to reform the state-owned enterprise is discussed,which must combine China's state-owned property right,then the government's duties and functions,should be separated from the state-owned enterprise and company ruling and management structure of China's model should be constructed so that it will be verified that the state-owned property right structure and modern enterprise system may be compatible under socialist market economy conditions. |
