| 摘 要： | 班杜拉的人的内部因素、行为和外部环境三者间相互影响、相互决定的三元交互决定论,启发了高校道德教育从环境教育、自我教育、过程教育三方面入手提升德育实效。同时,这种重视三元互动的理论,催生了一种契合接受者心理特质的教育方法论——潜性教育。
