| 摘 要： | 毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民作为我国三代领导集体的核心,其法制思想的演变反映了有中国特色社会主义法制思想的形成发展过程。由于时代的差异,三代领导人法制思想既有前后传承的一面,又有因时而变的一面。毛泽东开创了中国法制的体系,邓小平继承发展了毛泽东的法制思想,江泽民在新的历史时代进一步发展了前人的法制思想。

| Abstract: | As the core of the three generations collective leadership in our country,Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zeming's legal system thought reflect the formation of the Chinese special features socialism legal system thought development process.Due to the ages differences,their legal system thought contact mutually,and develop differently.Mao Zedong founded the system of the Chinese legal system,Deng Xiaoping inheritted to develop the legal system thought of Mao Zedong,and Jiang Zeming furtherly developed the past's legal system thought. |
