| Abstract: | Under the new circumstances,non_public sectors of economy are having a new round of developing opportunity and challenge.Modern enterprise system,which demands not only the change of the "household" property right structure and the "patriarchal" managenent system but also the transformation of the traditional market management patterns,provides ways for non_public sectors of economy to change their property right structure and to transform the existing enterprise system.The setting_up of modern enterprise system in the non_public sectors of economy requires the improvement of the operating environment and self_quality,and the enforcement of the social management. |
