论《物权法》颁布前后中国私营企业主阶层的政治走向

在《物权法》颁布以前,其作为改革的最大受益者——中国私营企业主中的大多数并没有表现出多少对改革直接参与的热情与积极,而《物权法》颁布后,私营企业主阶层对政治参入的热情与积极性空前提高,这不仅由于《物权法》进一步明确了私营企业主阶层的社会属性,而且通过对包括私营企业主在内的各阶层物质利益和私有财产的一系列法律规定,使得他们创造、积累财富的积极性得到激发,进而对国家和社会产生应有的政治归属感和社会责任感,不但在新的政治舞台上发出更多的声音,而且逐步为国家和社会多做贡献和注意协调与其他社会群体的关系,在促进社会主义民主政治发展和维护政治、社会稳定上发挥积极的作用。

Political Trends of Chinese Private Entrepreneurs before and after the Property Law

The majority of Chinese private business owners,though as the biggest beneficiaries of the reform,did not show much enthusiasm in participating in such a political reform before the Property Law was issued.In contrast,their enthusiasm of political involvement has been unprecedentedly high after the law was issued.As regards the reasons,the law made it clear the social properties of private entrepreneurs,stipulated on their material interests and properties,stimulated their keenness on producing fortunes,and further strengthened their sense of political and social responsibilities.As a result,they made more voices in the new political arena,becoming more willing to contribute to the country and society,and coordinate with the interests of other social groups.Therefore,they have played an important part in promoting the development of socialist democratic politics,and maintaining social and political stability.
