| 摘 要： | 现阶段,我国整体福利制度设计不合理,制约了企业年金的发展;国家有关政策、法规没到位,使企业缺乏建立企业年金的动力;建立企业年金的条件有待商榷;资本市场不发达对企业年金的入市具有一定的不利影响。要推进企业年金的发展,必须确立企业年金的第二支柱地位,建立健全政策法规,允许企业自主选择企业年金的模式,强化监管,并建立养老基金管理公司。

| Abstract: | The issuing of The Enterprise Annuity Pilot Scheme and Enterprise Annuity Fund Management Measures provides a systematic foundation for the development of enterprise annuity and marks the international development of the pension and social security system in China.This paper elaborates on the development of China's enterprise annuity,analyzes the difficulties in the promotion of current enterprise annuity system,and proposes some measures for the improvement of enterprise annuity system in China. |
