蓝靛果忍冬种子结构与幼苗初生结构的研究

摘    要:对蓝靛果忍冬种子结构与幼苗初生结构进行解剖学研究,结果表明:蓝靛果忍冬种子椭圆形,属双子叶有胚乳类型。种皮较厚,由3-4层细胞组成;胚乳发达,细胞壁厚并具发达的胞间连丝;胚小,长方形。蓝靛果忍冬幼苗属于子叶出土类型。蓝靛果忍冬初生木质部发育为外始式,根的初生结构为8原型。蓝靛果忍冬茎无内皮层分化。维管束为外韧无限维管束类型。蓝靛果忍冬为单叶具毛。叶为等面叶。主脉维管束为周韧型。

Abstract:we made observations on the anatomy of seed and seedling primary structure of Lonicea caerulea L..The results are shown as follows:The seed's shape is oval.It has perisperm and double cotyledons.Seed shell is thicker and made of 3-4 rows cells.Perisperm is developed.The cell wall is thick and has developed plasmodesmata.Embryo is small and rectangle.Lonicea caerulea L. is epigaeous seedling.Primary xy-lem is exarch,primary structure of root is 8 polyarch.Stem has not different inside cortex.Burdle is collateral bundle.Leaf is simple and isobilateral leaf.Vein bundle is amphicribral bundle.
