| Abstract: | This paper proceedes from the characteristic of the economical and applicable housing, based on the synthetic analysis of estate and landed property market, particularly the demand market of estate and landed property market, especially the supply and market of the economical and applicable housing, advances that developing the economical and applicable housing is the major trend of promoting the housing , Finally, makes some coun-termeasures of the problem of economical and applicable housing construct. |
